The Mitsubishi Electric Partner Programme is open to all air conditioning businesses who share our values and standards – large or small. We have created 2 types of partner – Accredited Installer and Business Solutions Partner to reflect the size of the Partner's business. These partner types do not reflect any form of commercial bias on our part, they are a straight-forward reflection on your business’ stage of growth.
We measure candidate Partners against the following three key qualification criteria and review their status on a 6 monthly basis:
Is the Partner company financially stable and does it have a strong trading relationship with Mitsubishi Electric. Will it be around in the future to support the lifecycle of the customer’s air-conditioning requirements?
Is the Partner company capable of meeting the Mitsubishi Electric Partner Programme Standards and can it form part of an enhanced business proposition to End-users?
Is the Partner company committed to training and professional development of its employees and sub-contractors. Both in Mitsubishi Electric equipment as well as wider industry standards such as refrigerant handling?
Business Solutions Partners will typically:
a. Have a permanent and staffed office
b. Have been trading for at least 2 years
c. Have a well-equipped and fully employed staff of core engineers
d. Bring to Mitsubishi Electric annual equipment purchases in excess of £200K
